Hi Everybody,<BR>
Pleaase bear with us. We are currently having problems with the www.pinvillage.com site. Contacts are able to sign into their locations, but are unable to make any updates or changes. We are working on it and hope to have the problem resolved soon.<BR>
Meanwhiloe, I have had great response from subscribers. We currently have over 1100 subscribers worldwide and are looking to add more. If you know anybody that would like to subscribe, please refer them to the website and they can join from there. Click on "mailing list" and follow the prompts. Upon subscribing, they will receive a confirmation email.<BR>
I have had many requests from people that they be allowed to post for trades and sales from their personal collections and from Hard Rock Cafes close to them. I am working on the demographics of this and would appreciate any input. In order to do this, I would probably charge a low monthly subscription fee based upon the number of items posted. <BR>
I am also considering initiating a monthly fee for contacts for the individual cafes. This would save a lot of record keeping on the part of the contact and enable me to continue the website in the way that it is intended.<BR>
With this method, I would relay all posts and each individual would be responsible for completing their own transactions.<BR>
Anybody that wants to be a Cafe contact or has any ideas for the website, please email me @ <a href="mailto:pinvillage1@aol.com">pinvillage1@aol.com</a>. <BR>
I hope that this will work out as a way (other than eBay) for collector's to obtain the pins they need or want without major fees. Everybody would be ressponsible for setting their own prices or trade options, as I have no interest in interfering in pricing. All I would ask is that anybody wishing to be a contact would keep up their locations in a timely manner.<BR>
Pardon me for the long-winded post, but I am trying to do my best to explain and make sure everybody can enjoy the website.<BR>
