insure, I will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Insurance
rates in US are: $1.75 up to $50.00 in merchandise, $2.25 from $50.01 up to
$100.00 in merchandise, $2.75 for $101.00 to $200.00, and $4.70 for $201.00 to
